I’m cycling to raise funds for three very important female cancer charities: Breast Cancer Care, Ovarian Cancer Action and Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust. The aim of Women V Cancer is to help raise funds for these three charities, raise awareness of the cancers and get more women cycling! I’m doing this with my oldest friend, Sarah B (that was easier when I was Sarah P). She’s ‘oldest’ as in ‘longest known’ - we went to Mrs Pensotty’s play school together when we were three years old… We wanted a challenge, and Sarah B came up with this - it’s only 100km and London’s flat, right?
