On New Years eve the team lost a dear friend Una Smitten to breast cancer. For those that knew Una will know that she loved to laugh and live life to the full and we thought what better way to remember her by taking part in a 7km army parachute style assault course.

For those of you that know us 5 you will know that we arent exactly Olympic standard athletes, lets face it half of us can just about run for the bus and the other half wouldnt want to damage their nails and get their trainers dirty!! So what better challenge to take on the The Nuts Adventure Race its approximately a 7km course with a country mile to start and is one of the most challenging military assault courses in the world.

So please dig deep and donate as much or as little as you can for the Womens Breast Cancer Self Help Group based at Walsall Hospital.
