5 years in October my life changed in a instant. Being told I was having emergency surgery and probably bowel cancer. 

Over the past 5 years I’ve had 3 life changing operations, chemotherapy, finding out i have lynch syndrome  and lots tears.  

Im going to run the Cardiff half marathon, 13 miles on 1st October,  to prove how far I’ve come and I would like to  raise some money to hopefully help others going through this with the support of my bestie Kate Mills.
