I have been incredibly moved by the bravery and determination of a very special friend of mine fighting a battle with cancer and felt the need to so something to raise money for a charity which supports people in a similar position. The Willow Foundation is an amazing charity which provides positive, motivating and uplifting experiences for seriously ill young adults, as a distraction from the challenges they face every day.

On 19th September I will be joining Melissa's Fight Club team, running the Rock Solid Race at Milton Keynes. It seemed like such a good idea this time last year, when a friend of mine had just completed the race! Twelve months on and I am realising the challenge which now lies ahead :-/ Please help support me in this crazy endeavour and donate whatever you can to this fantastic charity. Thank you!!!!!
