Event: Mr Motivator’s Workout Challenge for Brain Tumour Charities, from 30 March 2022 to 8 April 2022
This 10-day challenge is an easy way to have fun and feel good about exercise whilst raising funds to help some great charities who offer vital services for those affected by a brain tumour, and fund critical research to find a cure

Story

BTRC has joined forces with fellow brain tumour charities to bring you this special feel-good fundraising challenge. Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer and just 12% survive beyond five years. These terrible statistics, as well as devastating stories of loved ones affected by brain tumours, have galvanised brain tumour charities into action, determined to do more to support brain tumour patients and their families and carers, or dedicate their time and efforts to funding long-term research into finding a cure. Join in, get motivated and together we can make a difference!

About the campaign

This 10-day challenge is an easy way to have fun and feel good about exercise whilst raising funds to help some great charities who offer vital services for those affected by a brain tumour, and fund critical research to find a cure

About the charity

BTRC works with a Neurosciences team at Charing Cross and Hammersmith Hospitals (Imperial College London) to promote research into the causes of brain tumours and possible new treatments, to raise public awareness of the desperate need for this research and the current lack of funding.
