Right, here we go again! Another year, the same great charity and I definitely want to beat my time from last year of just over 8 minutes and 30 seconds for 38 floors or 1037 steps. I've managed to shed ballast from last year (the weight of my glasses) so surely that's  already going to speed things up a little. :D So let's get those little legs of mine working again!
