This year I turn 40! I wanted to challenge myself with doing something great to mark it, so here I am! 

In October I will be travelling to Morocco to trek the Sahara desert, all in aid for St Micheal’s hospice. 

As many of you know, one of the other reasons for doing this trip is that it would also have been David’s 40th this year too. In 2014 he was diagnosed with stage four cancer and unfortunately passed away at St Michael’s in May 2016 at the age of 33. The support we received at that time is unmeasurable so to combine a trip like this and raising some funds for the hospice was a no brainer for me.
