The arm-twisting was by my youngest son Matt, who wanted to run and was keen to show me up by running so much faster than me - which he surely will.   But it also struck me as a great way to twist other arms into supporting a fantastic charity.  Zamcog gives highly vulnerable children in a poor township in Zambia a great chance in life through education and training, and by providing many of them with the only home they know.  But they need more funding to keep up the great work they do in the schools and the orphanage.
