As many of you know, kidney disease has affected our family for many decades.

I have decided to take part in this challenge to try and give back something to the charity that is supporting kidney patients. 

Many of us are finding our new "normal" after being vaccinated but some kidney patients are still in limbo not knowing if the vaccine will be effective due to medication/treatment they are receiving.  Kidney Wales is supporting research into this as well other projects.   

I will be walking/kayaking/cycling 531 miles, the equivalent to virtually visiting every dialysis centre on a circuit in Wales.   This will be completed by the next World Kidney Day.  

Any support however large or small (even just a share) would be great.
