A marathon in June in memory of Michelle

Kevin Gillespie is raising money for Down's Syndrome Association
In memory of Michelle Whitehead
Children and adults with Down’s syndrome are all unique individuals with their own personalities, family backgrounds and preferences that make them who they are. We aim to create the conditions that all people with Down’s syndrome need to live full and rewarding lives.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Michelle Whitehead was the most amazing woman. Her family (two and four leggers) were her life. She was a beautiful, caring, funny, crazy vegan superwoman and she died suddenly in May aged just 45. Tragic does not come close.

I am doing a fundraising run for Michelle’s much loved Down Syndrome charity - a charity that supported the family so much with Morgan. I could never be the marathon runner that Michelle was - I’m too chunky, too unfit and too old - but I can run 26 miles in a month so that is what I am going to do. If you can afford even £1 to sponsor me please do.
