Nicki, Yvette and I have been friends since we joined the Bury St Edmunds Concert Band 20ish years ago.  We have been through a lot over the years and our friendship is one of the best!  In the last few years, thanks to parkrun, we have taken up running and completed all sorts of challenges from 5km races to marathons.  We celebrate our achievements quite often with a glass of Prosecco! (Actually we are known for it!)

We had planned to do the Great North Run in September to raise money for Bowel Cancer UK (my mum has been diagnosed)  but as this is unlikely to go ahead, we are going to be taking on other challenges instead, starting with the Mega May Challenge!!
