Michelle and I are embarking on a 400km cycle challenge that will see us tackling tough climbs through Munnar's coffee plantations to the top of the Kannan Devan Hills in Western Ghats, hopefully seeing, (but dodging) the leopards, elephants and other remarkable wildlife. We will skirt Periyar National Park through the Idukki Region and finish through the palm-lined lagoons, islands and canals of the backwaters. The terrain will be tough, the considerable climbs tougher and the humidity even worse! 

We would like to use this challenge to raise money for the Stephen Lyon Organisation, a local support service who specialise in empowering those experiencing suicidal thoughts to take back control of their lives whilst also providing support to anyone struggling with any aspects of their life.
