The 25th October will see me taking to the streets of Portsmouth (this time in more than a decorated bra, and during daylight hours!) to take part in the Great South Run. It is a 10 mile course (I've been assured it's very flat!) and as the Alzheimers Society is the nominanted charity for the event, I am keen to get involved and 'do my bit' for a charity very close to my heart.

Any donation you can give, however small would be greatly appreciated!
