Myself, Kerrie, Rob & Charlotte are running the Bupa Great South Run (10 miles) on 28 October 2012 in memory of Kerrie's brother Jason who sadly passed away in January this year aged just 42. Jason passed away from a condition called Cardiomyopathy (Enlarged Heart).

Unfortunately heart and circulatory disease remains the nation’s biggest killer and effects thousands of families and individuals, As British Heart Foundation is the nation’s Heart charity we have decided to raise money so they can help others through these difficult times.
