Cancer Research UK is a charity very close to my heart. When my Mom was diagnosed with Cancer, our world was turned upside down. Even more so when she lost her battle just six months later. My Mom always looked on the bright side of life and even said that something positive would come out of her illness. 

Originally I signed up for Machu Picchu Trek/climb 2020 but due to Covid this couldn’t take place. So (I must need my head looking at!) I am now climbing Kilimanjaro in June 2023 and this is my way of doing something positive in my Mom’s memory and raising vital funds for more research into cancer.
