I will be running the Run to The Beat London Half Marathon on behalf of The Berkshire Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre.

The Berkshire Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre (BMSTC) was established

• to provide a range of therapy treatments, guidance and support
• to encourage self-help
• to enable improved disease symptom management
• and to promote an enhanced quality of life for people with MS, their families and carers.
