Story

Join our Walks of Hope 2020 campaign and help us to get closer to a cure.

Out of the blue, our family has been massively affected by brain cancer, something I knew very little about previously. It has changed so many of our lives overnight and we are powerless to change this. One thing I can do is to try to raise awareness of this condition and hopefully add funds to help with research that is ongoing.  Diagnosis is difficult and treatment limited depending on the type of tumour.  By getting involved in this event I can hopefully raise a bit of money that can go to this very worthy cause.

If you have any spare pennies that you could donate it would be so gratefully received.

Thank you Sarah

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
