Me and Mum are  participating in 'Colin's Spinathon' to raise vital funds for the Bristol area's only adult Hospice. 

My lovely Dad recently passed away due to Mesothelioma cancer, a horrible disease that he fought bravely and right to the end. He managed to come home for his last few days to be with his family and see his dog Charlie again. This would not have been possible without the care and support of St. Peter’s hospice.

Dad wasn’t a quitter and completed many inspirational long distance rides, often setting the pace for much younger riders!

My brother has organised an arse aching SIX back to back spin sessions, which I have stupidly signed up to.

Mum is going to do the last session and be on standby for me in case the pain gets too much!
