Sony Ericsson Run to the Beat Half Marathon 2009 · 27 September 2009 ·

Every two hours, someone in the UK will become paralysed. Globally, it is estimated that 15.4 million people are living with paralysis. At Spinal Research our vision is to create a world where paralysis can be cured, no matter when the injury occurred or where in the world.

Story

As many of you already know I have decided to run the Sony Ericsson Run To The Beat Half Marathon in September this year.  The charity I am raising money for is Spinal Research as my dad was left paralysed after a serious car accident over 10 years ago.  The work that Spinal Research does in terms of clinical treatments and scientific reserach is vital in developing and transforming the lives of those affected by paralysis.

All donations would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,

SJ
