On 15th September as most of you know I’ll be competing in Ironman Wales, one of the toughest Ironman competitions.

I see so many people in my job who can’t do what they would like to do because their health won’t let them. I couldn’t put it better that the brilliant triathlete Dr Lucy Gossage “if your heart is telling you to do something and your body is strong enough to do it, life’s to short not too!!”

I’d like to take this opportunity to raise some money for a special local charity Ty Hapus in Barry. Ty Hapus provides fantastic day care for younger dementia patients and much needed respite for their carers. 

Any donations would be gratefully received and would spur me on for what is going to be a brutal day.
