I have decided to challenge myself a lot this year by participating in this run. I have never run anywhere near this distance before, let alone in a hot and hilly country! To put this in context; just over two years ago I couldn't run for more than two minutes!

The run is not charity driven but completing it would be a huge milestone achieved for me. I have never fundraised before and I feel that not only will it keep my motivation going, but of course, make a significant difference to those suffering across our world.

Comfort Aid International offer disaster relief to countries including Myanmar, Philippines,  Haiti, Iraq, Sierra Leone, and Yemen. The people within these countries are not talked about enough, and the future of many people, particularly of children is very bleak. Many children are on the verge of death just because they do not have enough food to eat-often relying on one small 'meal' per day. Your donation however small (seriously- even £1) will help change the future of these children.
