This challenge really scares me - frankly I don't know if I'm up to it! I had a heart attack two years ago and although I've got my fitness back part of me would like to run (or walk slowly) away from this event.

But every day at work I hear about people who's lives come to a halt with a diagnosis of blood cancer. With the right treatment, bone marrow donation, counselling or practical help their lives can restart, and be rebuilt. Maybe in a few years time, someone helped with the money you donate will be taking my place at the London Landmarks Half Marathon. I hope so, for them ... and for me!
