I am doing this sponsored 15,000ft tandem skydive because I have seen in the last 18 months how mental health has been a struggle for everyone, even the most positive of people. I have spoken to many friends and family who have experienced mental health issues and I know how difficult it is to open up and get help. 

I consider myself as a positive person normally but like others, I have felt like I've lived on an emotional rollercoaster daily this last year and a half.  Having this experience I cannot imagine how this would feel and how I would cope.   I want to give something back locally, and tick something off my bucket list.  I'd love it if I can raise as much money as possible so please give generously as I'm seriously sh***ing myself!

We help anyone living Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale who have mental health problems by Psychological help, Support groups, Art and Creative sessions alongside our Comple@t Cafe and Growth Project (Allotment).
