I have decided to take part in the Ultimate Abseil Challenge for CHSS because my daughter, Kate, has a heart condition  which requires lifelong treatment.

Money raised by CHSS helps fund specialist support, the latest technology and vital research into the prevention, treatment and causes of chest, heart and stroke illness.
