Myself and Natalie have been working with The Breast Centre Cardiff and Vale for a number of years. We run a variety of weekly fitness and movement classes at Splash Central, specifically for women that are recovering from Breast Cancer.

As well as seeing the huge physical, mental and social benefits of these classes, we have met some wonderful ladies. The work that The Breast Centre Cardiff and Vale does is funded completely by charitable donations and goes directly to those affected by Breast Cancer in our locality.

As a result of our work with The Breast Centre, we are eager to raise as much money as possible. We have created a whole weekend worth of activities, and as usual, have set ourselves a huge challenge. 

We are not just hosting the event at Splash Central, we are leading all of the activities! We will be teaching 6 exercise classes each day and leading an Aqua Marathon - 3 hours of aqua fit on the boiling hot poolside! Coupled with this, there will be sponsored swims, children's craft activities and a whole host of other fun offerings. 

We are asking that if you are able, to give as much or as little as you can. All money raised from the event will be going directly to The Breast Centre Cardiff and Vale and will be used to help the growing number of beautiful women that this terrible disease effects.
