So as you all know my son Jake has a rare degenerate disease that effects all his muscles, it is slowly taking away jakes mobility so We thought We should put our legs to use and use them to raise money for this amazing charity ! Jake is a service user of Demelza and we make regular use of their hydrotherapy pool which enables Jake to do his exercises &  keep him as mobile as he possibly can be for as long as can be. So I’ve roped in my best bud and Jakes amazing God mother and together we are going to tackle the 25k walk around london ! Hopefully we can smash our target to help raise funds for Demelza and have a lovely day of nattering as well 😂  🤞🏻 

Demelza provides specialist care and emotional support for children with terminal conditions and their loved ones, so they can enjoy their time together as a family, for as long as they have. We care for children with a range of different conditions, some of which are very complex and so rare, they have no name. Every year our work is a lifeline to over 750 children and their families throughout Kent, South East London and East Sussex. As a charity, we're almost entirely dependent on the generosity of our supporters to provide the funds that keep our services going.
