Just weeks after her initial diagnosis we received the devastating news that Sarah had passed away following a painfully short battle with cancer. We take comfort from knowing that Sarah had her loving family and partner with her when she passed.

Sarah, was a significant presence in her school, Southfield Primary School, where she was known and valued by all of the children and parents. She was fiercely protective of the school and loved all of the children as though they were her own. She will be sadly missed by the whole school community.

Sarah was loved, not only by her own school community but by colleagues who worked with her at each of the schools she had worked at in the past. Sarah was hugely influential in all of the schools she worked with, training many teachers over the years inspiring middle leaders to take the leap into senior positions and coaching them to success. We are grateful to have known her, to have worked with her and to have benefited from her passion for learning. Sarah's legacy will live on in our practice.

Sarah's family have asked that funds raised be split between Macmillan Cancer support and Cancer Research, so please give generously to each of our pages.
