I’m very grateful to Helen, Lynne and Erika having heard that they had signed up to run the Cardiff Half Marathon they didn’t  hesitate when I asked if they would join me in raising money for Breast Cancer Now.  BCN has pledged that no woman by 2050 should lose her life to Breast Cancer. It’s a tall order but a pledge us ladies have to believe in and strive for!

 At the moment Breast Cancer sadly is on the increase but the good news is that more women are surviving Breast Cancer.
