Hastings 1066 Walk 2009 · 27 September 2009
I'm getting my walking boots ready and packing the snacks!
I'm digging out my tired old hiking boots to follow in the footsteps of William the Conqueror to raise money for the British Heart Foundation by walking from Boreham Street to Battle.
I'm starting at 10am, meandering about a bit for 9 miles and hopefully coming to rest at Battle Abbey School where tea and homemade cakes will be provided - thank the Lord
If you could I would really appreciate your support for a good cause so if you can sponsor me for a couple of quid many thanks!
