Yes ... it is another begging e mail but I am not asking for a lot !

On  September 26th  I am running my first official  half marathon in London and would like to help raise some funds for Bright Sparks , a wonderful small charity that helps children in India with schooling which is run by a friend in retail .It would be great if you could spare £5 or £10 to help me help them as it all adds up . 

How long will it take me ? Long enough for the wine to be well chilled at the end !
