Story

I'M GOING TO ABSEIL OFF THE FALKIRK WHEEL!!!!!!!!

I am am asking you to dig deep to support a worthwhile charity which is very close to my heart.

The Braveheart Association www.braveheart.uk.net is a charity run through the NHS and has a range of volunteer led projects based in Central Scotland that provide practical help and support for those who suffer from or are at risk of heart problems or type 2 diabeties.

I  have previously worked with the Braveheart team personally and as both conditions affected my grandparents (and therefore me) directly I know how important the support and advice they offer is.

I have supported Braveheart in the past through volunteering at events, helping with admin duties and participating in the 200 club but this is the first time I am actively fundraising for them. On Sunday 5th June I will be abseiling off the Falkirk Wheel to raise funds for Braveheart so please donate what you can as I will probably need their help when I have a heart attack going over the edge!!!!

If you haven't used it beforfe donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thank You on behalf of the Braveheart Association and myself xox
