If you didn't already know by the abundance of sweaty photos I am taking part in the Virgin London Marathon 2020.  I was lucky enough to get a ballot place and was just going to concentrate on my training and make a donation myself to one of the chosen charities. 

However, I was informed of some news before Christmas that my School friend had found a lump and it was cancer.  This struck a nerve with me as we are only 34/33.  I asked what charity she would like and she rightly chose Coppafeel - a relatively new charity that is doing amazing work to raise awareness. 

If you can spare anything I'd be eternally grateful and ill endeavor to do my very best on the 26th April.
