West Highland Way · 4 September 2022

Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide exists to meet the needs and break the isolation of those impacted by a suicide loss. We provide a safe and confidential environment in which bereaved people can share their experiences and feelings, so that no one bereaved by suicide has to face their loss alone.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Losing someone to suicide can be devastating for those that knew that person and support following a sudden and traumatic death, is so important. Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SoBs)are a charity who help around 7000 people a year.

SOBs have self-help support groups across the UK, where you can meet with other people who have been bereaved by suicide.  They provide an opportunity to listen, to share, to ask questions and to connect with others.

I will be walking the West Highland Way starting on the 4th September 2022 and will finish on the 10th September 2022, which is also World Suicide Prevention Day.

I am walking the 94 miles to raise awareness of suicide and raise money for a charity that's so important to so many people.

Thank you again for taking the time to visit my page and I do hope you will help support this charity.

love Sarah
