With the funds raised they help other families of CHD children to make and document precious memories. This includes supplying journey packs to every newly diagnosed child that enters the Freeman hospital and also celebrating birthdays with mini parties including a cake and mascots. Alongside this they also provide thinking of you boxes to the families who unfortunately lose their children to this awful disease.

The Bradley Lowery foundation has been set up to help families who need to fund raise for treatment or equipment, not available on the NHS. We will support families through their fundraising campaign in order to help achieve their targets. We offer not only support, but grants where eligible.
