Staff from Blaenau-Gwent Social Services and Business Support, aided by family and friends will be undertaking the Welsh 3 Peaks Challenge in order to raise funds for Children In Need.

We are directionally challenged and capable of getting lost in a supermarket. We have varying levels of fitness and mountain experience. We are prone to cramp. And falling over. And we're not fond of mud, rain and crawly things.

But we're keen and determined and confident that, as with all good adventure stories, we will no doubt be saved from peril and danger by our two daring doggy companions Paddy and Meggymoodle.

Pudsey and Blush will of course be part of Team BG.
