Whilst on her way to a work meeting in Southend on 4th March my lovely friend Fiona suffered a stroke, and was admitted to Romford hospital. She’s fit and healthy and this came totally out of the blue. 6 months on and Fi’s back at work, still undergoing treatment and physio, it’s been a tough road, but she’s getting there!
