This is my first marathon (& probably the only one I'll ever do) and if I manage to make it over the finish line without collapsing I'll be smiling! 

The Anna Freud Centre - where I'm a trustee - is a world leading mental health charity for children, young people and their families which has developed and delivered pioneering mental health care for over 60 years. We're all too aware of the devastating impact that Covid-19 has wreaked on our children's mental health and Anna Freud is working tirelessly to help the 1.5m children who still need support.
