Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On Sunday 4th March 2018, I hope to reach the summit of Britain's highest mountain, Ben Nevis....in the snow! The 1341m climb is expected to take around four hours, a seven to eight hour round trek. I have been keen to tackle Nevis for a while and cannot wait for my challenge to begin.
With the help of my best fury friend and fundraising ambassador Fred, I am keen to raise some much needed funds for BRNGB. The Basset Hound Rescue Network of Great Britain is a breed specific charity who offer support and advice to hound owners and assist with rehoming of bassets regardless of age or health condition. They never judge and put the care and welfare of bassets first.
Fred joined my hubby and I in 2016 and I cannot imagine our lives without him. Biased I know but bassets are a great breed and full of character. We plan to provide Fred with the warm and loving home he deserves for the rest of his life. However, circumstances can change at any time, whether this be financial, illness or even death. As a basset owner it is reassuring to know that charities such as BRNGB exist and go that extra mile to ensure their hounds receive the love, care and respect they deserve. So please dig deep and donate. Your donation is very much appreciated.
