Story
The British Heart Foundation turns 60 this year and we wanted to mark the occasion so with support from Peterborough United Football Club the challenge is to walk/run/cycle the equivalent of 60 miles (100K) during the month of March (31 days). This equates to roughly 2miles/3K per day. This is aimed at getting everyone in Peterborough moving following lockdown, improving their health and wellbeing. If we could get 100 people signed up to each raise just £60, Peterborough could raise an amazing £6,000 to fund our life saving research and help those 86,000 people in Cambridgeshire living with Heart and Circulatory diseases. Please use the hashtag #POSH100K in any social media posts to hopefully create some noise in the City about our challenge.
