I had one thing I always wanted to do and never thought i would be able to but with the patience, encouragement  and help of my husband and good friend Karen I have learnt to run . I had a goal to run one 10K in my life but I’m planning on doing a few this year and I would now like to be able to raise some money for a great cause that affects many families. My dad has had two mini strokes (TIA) and my friend Karen’s Dad has one in the last year too . Luckily they are both doing well now .  It affects not just them but their families too . Any donations towards this fantastic cause will be greatly received by Frimley Park Hospital
