Prader-Willi Syndrome is a rare genetic abnormality causing physical and mental disabilities throughout life. PWSA UK is the only UK organisation dedicated to supporting those with PWS, their families/carers and the professionals involved with them. Please do visit at www.pwsa.co.uk.

Story

We are two friends taking on the heights at The Dare Skywalk over Tottenham Hotspur stadium. On Saturday 29th April we will be walking 46.8m up to the famous Golden Cockerel, to raise funds for the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association UK (PWSA UK).

This cause is very close to both of our hearts and we hope not only to raise £500 between us but also to raise awareness of their amazing work.

PWS is a rare genetic condition which presents many challenges and PWSA UK is not just a charity but the heart of a supportive community. They not only support individuals and families but they educate about PWS and seek opportunities for the UK to be at the forefront of PWS research.

PWS occurs randomly in about 1:22,000 births and it is estimated that around 2,000 people are living with PWS in the UK.
