This year it would have been my cousin Kate's (Ophelia) 31st Birthday. I wish she was still with us, but sadly she lost her battle to this terrible disease. I also wish every day that my wonderful Grandad was still around, sadly his battle was also lost to Cancer.

For this I run in celebration of my Family & Friends who have beaten Cancer, and in memory of those we have all lost.
