I must be mad or inspired to do this whole 5k thing again (but at least I won't be finding coloured powder for weeks afterwards! lol) but I feel like I've let St Richard's down a bit this year due to the lack of jam & pickle making....so another run it will have to be :)

These guys do the most incredible job at supporting patients (and their families) in their most difficult times. All their patients are treated with the upmost respect and dignity and it touches your life forever if (god forbid) you or your family ever have need of them. We need to keep these places going!

Apparently there is a prize for the best costume so if you have any funny suggestions (that are suitable for a family event! lol) then please get in touch!

Any money raised is always greatly appreciated by them - so please dig as deep as you can :)
