On November 16th, I and many others will brave the elements and spend the night camped out in Goodison Park to raise money for Everton in the Community. Last year David Unsworth and Everton U23’s raised a staggering £230,000 for the ‘Home is where the heart is’ campaign and I was fortunate enough to visit the house (that they funded as a result of the last sleep out) for some of the city’s most vulnerable, offering them a safe home and a chance to rebuild their lives. This year the Sleep out is back! Please help and contribute in any way you can, the work Everton in the Community does continues to change and save lives.
