Mission Accomplished:

My daughter Stephanie and I took part in this mammoth cycling challenge. As part of the European team, we kicked off this global challenge on 10 September (World Suicide Prevention Day). We started in Burgos in Northern Spain and cycled through through France and Germany for 10 days. 

We then handed the baton to the US team who are currently cycling from Newark in the US  on 24 September and finishing on the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco on 10 October (World Mental Health Day).

No family is unaffected by mental health issues, we all need help and support during our lives. We Mind and Kelly Matters is a charity that is bringing help directly to those who need it.
