Team Naomi are raising money to help Naomi House & Jacksplace continue to be there for seriously ill children, young adults and families on good days, difficult days and last days.

Story

I can blame my running partner Helen for this! After many years of trying she got a place in the ballot (but I'm sure will also raise money for a charity close to her heart) She then persuaded me that it'd be a great idea to get a charity place, especially as the marathon is on my birthday this year.

So with trepidation I spoke to Naomi House and couldn't be happier to be raising money for this incredible charity. I am terrified and excited to be taking this on - probably more of the former. I'm not aiming to break any world records, just follow the training and hope my body doesn't let me down.

Any donations will be very gratefully received, both by me and Naomi House. If you don't know about them please read on.
