This September I will be raising funds for Spinal Cord Injuries Australia (SCIA). My goal is to accumulate 1440min of exercise over this month, which equals a full days worth.

I will be raising money for much needed equipment for SCIAs national exercise therapy program, NeuroMoves. As well as money to support our clients and help those who can't access the NDIS.

NeuroMoves is a highly specialised exercise therapy service changing the lives of people living with a spinal cord injury or neurological condition. Their work is really important, and I want to do all that I can to help. But there is only so much I can do on my own.
