I have decided to put on my running shoes and run the Bath Half marathon to help raise money for The Henry Spink Foundation. 

This charity was set up by my aunt and uncle to help support and provide information for disabled children, adults, their families and carers on a range of medical conditions and other issues affecting disabled people, together with information on conventional and alternative therapies.

It is a great charity and one that is very important to our family, having two severely disabled cousins. So please donate anything you can as every penny really does count!
