Hello friends. I'm taking part in a trek to the Pakistan Skardu region to help communities in Gaza devastated by the ongoing war.

As part of the challenge I will be volunteering as team medic for a 30 strong group of expeditioners ( which includes me) to the basecamp of Nanga Parbat mountain, known locally as Diamer ( 'King of the Mountains'), which is the ninth-highest mountain on Earth; its summit is at 8,126 m.
