Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.
We would like to raise money and awareness for Say Hello with this 5K Challenge.
The idea is for anyone who wants to take part to move 5K in any way they would like! 5K can be built up over a number of activities/days/weeks by combining any daily exercise...walk it, cycle it, run it, scooter it...it doesn't matter as long as you do 5k!
Once you have complete the 5K, any donations are then very much appreciated to Say Hello. Every little helps towards such a fantastic charity that supports adults with learning disabilities to combat loneliness and isolation.
